The Department of Leadership Studies at Geneva College is excited to let Chamber Members know of an opportunity to earn a master’s degree in organizational leadership in BUTLER! Geneva College’s M.S. in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) Program will begin an evening class on Monday, June 3, 2013 at The Audubon Society of Western PA’s Succop Conservancy.

The Geneva M.S. in Organizational Leadership Program Produces Results. Participants learn to think critically and strategically, make sound and ethical decisions, communicate effectively, motivate others and yourself, appreciate diversity and Serve others. Features of the MSOL Program are that classes meet one night a week for 24 months, text and course materials are included in tuition and the content is grounded in theory, focused on application and framed by a biblical worldview perspective.

Geneva’s MSOL program began in 1996 and since that time has awarded degrees to nearly 1,000 students. Our graduates represent a variety of vocational and educational experiences. Such diversity in the classroom helps to create an interactive, facilitative learning environment.
