Things That Are Not Here Anymore

Forty-eight photographs highlighting various stores, restaurants, and recreational activities from the more recent history of our county. These places, groups, and activities are no longer in our community but will forever be a part of our fond memories of those times in our lives. Included are photos of the Arlington hotel, Sanders’ Mobilgas, Bickel’s Shoes, the CD of A, Robinettes, Bill’s Bargain, Bartoli’s Cleaners, Alameda’s Outdoor Theater, the Orange Crate Derby, and more!

A great gift idea at a price of $10.00, this full size, 12-month wall calendar is available at May’s Music Shoppe, Miller’s Shoe Store, Worsley’s, Natili’s North, and the Senator Walter Lowrie House.

The Butler County Historical Society is a private, non-profit, 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to collect, preserve, and interpret Butler County’s historical records and artifacts for the educational benefit of the public. All proceeds benefit the Society in preserving Butler County’s rich history.
