Leadership Butler County, a unique nine-month program, will give you the answers to these questions and many, many more. The program brings together the perspectives of local, regional and national presenters, authorities on local issues, volunteers and beneficiaries of county-wide programs and services. Interacting with these individuals and many others gives Leadership participants a truly uplifting -- and often times thought-provoking -- view of the challenges facing a growing county.
