This exciting new space represents growth, opportunity, and community impact. Butler Coffee Lab continues to lead with purpose—serving great coffee while creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities through inclusive workforce initiatives.
Their expanded space will support the launch and growth of Keystone Talent Bridge, a new program supported by The Heinz Endowments and powered by Butler Coffee Lab®. The program provides structured training, paid work experience, and individualized support for individuals with disabilities or those who benefit from supported coaching—helping create more pathways to meaningful employment across Pennsylvania.
We are proud to celebrate this milestone in partnership with Butler Downtown and to highlight a business that continues to make a powerful difference in our community.
