  • Event Time: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

  • Preferred Vendor Setup Date & Time: August 18th, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

  • Additional Vendor Setup Time August 19th: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM (All vendors must be set up by 4:30 PM)

  • Estimated Attendance: 1,500

Vendor Registration Information:

Please carefully review the information below and complete the registration form to your left to secure your free vendor spot at Family Fun Night.

Requirements:

Contribution: Vendors must provide non-perishable food items to support the "Stuff a Bus" initiative, benefiting the weekend backpack program.

Equipment: You must provide your own 6-foot table and chairs.
